Selling your home is a big deal and not something you want to make a mistake with. Key to my selling philosophy is that I become a true partner with my client. I am not just trying to sell your home, I am trying to sell OUR home. I work directly with you and guide you through the entire process, always engaging in 2 way communication to ensure your concerns/desires are always top of mind throughout the process and that you are aware of any developments as they appear.
I believe that honesty is always the best path to a successful outcome – so I will always provide all feedback, even if I know it’s not something you want to hear. No two homes are exactly alike, and I provide a very personalized approach so that you achieve the highest returns for YOUR home. Providing advice for ways you can present your home at it’s best, accessing my network of connections to help with repairs/changes prior to selling, using top photographers/professionals and leveraging both social media and traditional marketing tools are just a few of things you can expect with me every single time you work with me. At the end of the day, my goal is to make you feel your best decision was choosing me and that we have established a long-lasting friendship.
HOW IT WORKS
Meet
When you are thinking about selling, let’s meet. There will be no pressure from me, but I can help you through some important questions such as market conditions, competitive landscape, timing, potential house upgrades, staging, marketing and promotion options.
Finalize listing
Once we have met and you have made the decision to move forward we will work through your priorities and agree on a listing plan including pricing, timing, marketing and promotion.
Prep & Stage
We’ll work together to ensure your staging and any “fixes” are completed on time and that we are able to showcase your home in its best light.
Listed!
We’ll go live with your listing and I’ll keep you posted daily (sometimes more often!) on interest in showings, open houses, feedback from agents and prospective buyers.
Communication is something I am big on – we are partners and I want you to have access to all of the information that I have. It is with this type of open dialogue that we will build trust and achieve the optimal outcome for you!
Promote!
I’ll tap into all my years of marketing experience to ensure maximum eyeballs and interest in your property. I’ll leverage all of the agreed upon marketing vehicles to ensure that your property is respected and talked up in the industry.
Offers!
This is a fun and nerve-wracking time for sure. We’ll work through all offers and I’ll apply my years of negotiation experience to ensure we get what we need and compromise only where are comfortable to ensure maximum value is achieved. My goal is always to get the best results that I can for you and I will work tirelessly to achieve this.
Closing
My work is not done when you accept an offer – and I will continue to work with your right up until your home closes.
Ensuring a smooth and seamless close is a priority and I will maintain my ongoing communications and follow ups to ensure this happens. I can also provide you with a “what to do before moving” checklist and provide you a list of trusted lawyers and movers to ensure your experience is the best on all fronts!
Moving out
I’m happy to provide you with my one stop list of contacts to make sure your move out is seamless. This includes a simple list of contacts for changing address with the province, getting utilities disconnected, changing over cable/internet and more.
